Return Policy:

All of our products are covered by our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. This gives you plenty of time if for any reason you wish to return a product.

 Note: We regret that we cannot give refunds on paints, mediums, books and DVDs. All sales of these items are final. In the event of a defective disc, we will replace it with an identical one.

Important:

Please Call or Email Before Returning a Product – Email customerservice@judsonsart.com or give us a call at 970-221-9044, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mountain Time for a return authorization number so that our staff can arrange a speedy refund. Products returned without a return authorization number cannot be processed for refund or credit.

Products in Salable Condition – You may return any product in salable condition (unused and unblemished) at your expense within 30 days of the original sale for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.

Used or Blemished Products – You may return used or blemished products within 30 days of the original sale, at your expense, for partial credit of the purchase price. The amount of such partial credit will be determined by us depending on the condition of the returned product. Partial credit for used or damaged products will be in the form of a "store credit" against purchase of Judsons products.

Products Shipped in Error – We will refund to you the return shipping cost for incorrect products shipped as a result of a Judsons error.

Refund, Credit or Exchange – Refund or credit will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Replacement Orders – If you’d like us to send your replacement order right away, we’ll charge you the purchase price of your new item, send it on its way and credit you for your returned item when it is received.

 

One Year Warranty:

Guerrilla Painter products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, defective products within one year of date of original sale. In the unlikely event that you have a defective product, please call 970-221-9044 to arrange a return and replacement.

Shipping Damage:

Please inspect your order carefully for shipping damage as soon as possible after you receive it. If you see evidence of shipping damage, please follow the instructions outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse any damage claim when these procedures are not followed.

  • First: Notify the Shipper – If a product is received in damaged condition, please notify the Claims Department of the shipper that delivered the merchandise immediately. Please retain the shipping carton. All shipments are insured against damage, but no claim can be made without the shipping carton.
  • Second: Call us – After notifying the Claims Department of the shipper, please call us at 970-221-9044 Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mountain Time so that we may assist you in getting a replacement for the damaged product.
